Explicit Consent Texts

The texts below are presented as separate, optional consents during registration, demo requests, or contract signing. They are not a substitute for the KVKK/GDPR notice or Privacy Policy. Each box must be freely given and may be withdrawn without affecting core Service use where the consent is not legally required.

A. Commercial Electronic Communications

I consent to TURUSA LLC sending me commercial electronic messages (e-mail, SMS, and telephone calls where permitted) about TraxOps product updates, new features, events, webinars, and related logistics technology offerings. I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link, account settings, or by e-mailing info@traxops.com.

B. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

I explicitly consent to the transfer and storage of my identity, contact, and operational personal data described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK notice to servers and backup systems located outside Türkiye, including countries that may not be deemed to have adequate protection, where such transfer is required to operate TraxOps on global cloud infrastructure.

C. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw explicit consent at any time with future effect by contacting info@turusa.com.tr or info@traxops.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing based on prior lawful grounds. Processing required to perform your contract (essential cookies, core platform operation) continues under the applicable legal bases.

D. Record of Consent

We log the date, time, version of the text, and channel through which consent was given to demonstrate accountability under KVKK and GDPR. Keep a copy of these texts for your records when signing on behalf of a company.
